Description

“Act Like Us Think Like Them” is one of the most thought-provoking examination on race, history, culture, economics, and America’s personal responsibility in creating a system built on inclusion for some and exclusion for others. Written from the perspective of a Black man, entrepreneur, veteran, and minister, this book carefully examines the patterns that have shaped our experiences from slavery to the present day. Rather than focusing solely on the pain of the past, the author helps the reader to understand the strategies that have allowed others to accumulate and maintain power, with the goal of applying those lessons to strengthen Black families, businesses, and communities.
